Evergreen Fine Art has new owners!
As of January 1st, 2008 Paula Colette Conley, Phil Shanley and Barbara Hadley have acquired the gallery. Phil and Barb are long time Evergreen residents and art collectors. Paula has twenty years experience in the fine art and framing fields.
We would love everyone to visit the gallery when they have a chance to see all our changes. We have a new Western Gallery upstairs with paintings and sculpture from the West and Southwest, both traditional and contemporary. You can also find William Matthews' most recent prints.
Ski Country USA has partnered with the gallery and we are exhibiting wonderful antique and vintage furniture from Europe: benches, trunks, tables, stools and more.
Our jewelry department welcomes the addition of antique and vintage jewelry: cameos, brooches, rings and pendants.
Very soon we will be exhibting hand blown and art glass by some of the most exciting artists from New Mexico.
Virginia Haley, the foiunder of Evergreen FineArt, has moved back to her hometown in Alabama to be closer to her family. She will be back often to visit her friends and will continue to advise and help the gallery grow. Thank you Virginia!
While Paula will miss her Georgetown friends she isn’t so far away. With a second home in the city and most of her customers either in the city or out of state a merger with Evergreen was just perfect!
